This project focused on creating a full global marketing communications strategy for the SKIMS Seamless Bodysuit. Our campaign included a company overview, buyer analysis, competitive review, and a fully integrated marketing communications (IMC) plan. We outlined clear objectives, developed multichannel strategies, and built a detailed campaign flowchart, media mix, and budget. The goal was to reach target customers through data-backed insights, elevate product positioning, and drive conversion across global markets—while staying true to the brand’s inclusive, solution-oriented ethos.
