For our Product Development course, we created a new product concept for SKKN BY KIM: a hydrating Milky Toner designed to complement the brand’s minimalist and performance-driven skincare philosophy. The project included full product positioning, ingredient research, packaging design, and a supporting launch campaign. We developed marketing strategy, creative direction, and key messaging tailored to SKKN’s luxury tone, focusing on hydration, balance, and clean beauty innovation.
